Membership terms

Your membership

The Collector plan costs $9.99 initially, including joining and the first 30 days of access. The first $5 monthly maintenance payment is due after those 30 days, followed by $5 each month until canceled. Returning members who have already paid the joining fee pay $5/month without another joining fee. Your checkout shows the amount before you pay. Membership includes 20 galleries, 500 item records, one image of up to 8 MB per item, private notes, collection export, and community features. When membership purchases are open, the checkout confirms the charge before payment.

Renewal and cancellation

Membership renews monthly until canceled. Use Manage billing in your account to cancel future renewals or update payment details. After cancellation, paid access continues until the end of your paid period. If payment fails or access ends, you can still read, export, and delete your existing records, but cannot add new content or browse the member community. For billing errors or refund requests, contact support. This page does not limit rights provided by applicable law.

Your collection and community

Upload only content you own or have permission to share. You retain ownership of your content and allow 1Vault to store and display it according to your sharing settings. New galleries are private. Sharing with the community makes their item photos and descriptions visible to other active members; private notes remain private. Do not upload sensitive personal documents, unlawful material, or content that infringes others’ rights. Harassment, scams, and spam are prohibited. Use Report to flag a post, comment, or gallery; content may be hidden after review.

Collecting information

Records and posts are supplied by members. 1Vault does not verify ownership, authenticity, grades, or market values. 1Vault charges no commission, listing fee, or transaction fee on item sales. Our revenue comes from app access and maintenance. Buyers and sellers arrange payment and delivery directly; fees charged by external payment or shipping providers are separate. This membership is a documentation and community service; it does not process collector-to-collector sales. Coins, currency, and precious-metal bullion are outside the current platform categories.

Future virtual world

1Vault World is a planned separate experience at $9.99/month. It is not available now, has no confirmed launch date, and is not included in this membership. No automatic upgrade or charge for World will occur.

Support and account requests

Export or remove your collection through the app. To request full account deletion or help with access, email mike@1vault.shop from the email connected to your account. Cancel billing separately before requesting deletion. We may retain records needed for billing, security, and legal obligations.
