What we store

When you sign in with ChatGPT, we receive a site-specific user identifier, email address, and a name if available. We store your chosen display name, biography, galleries, uploaded photos, item records, private notes, community posts, comments, reports, and membership status. We also keep limited request counters to reduce abuse.

Who can see your content

New galleries are private to your account. If you choose Community visibility, active members can view that gallery’s items, photos, descriptions, condition, certification, and your display name. Private notes and your sign-in email are not shown in the community. Community posts and comments are visible to active members. Authorized site administration may access stored data to operate the service, handle support, and investigate abuse. Do not upload identity documents or other sensitive information.

Service providers

Cloudflare-backed database and object storage host collection records and images through ChatGPT Sites. ChatGPT handles sign-in. Stripe handles checkout, recurring billing, and payment details when purchases are enabled. 1Vault stores Stripe account and subscription references, not complete card details. These providers process information under their own privacy terms.

Catalog searches and camera

When you choose catalog search, your search words, product barcode, or certification number are sent to the relevant catalog provider: TCGdex, UPCitemdb, or PSA when connected. We do not send your account email or private gallery notes with these lookups. Camera scanning reads codes on your device; camera video is not uploaded to a catalog. Photos are uploaded only when you choose a photo and save your item.

Optional AI assistant and voice

When the assistant is enabled and you send a message, OpenAI receives your request, recent conversation, gallery names and visibility, and basic item details (titles, categories, condition, certification, and whether photos or descriptions are present). Private notes, photos, and your account email are excluded. We request that responses are not stored as retrievable API responses; provider security retention policies may still apply. Conversation text stays in the current page session and clears when you leave or reload. Approved collection changes are saved. Voice dictation may be processed by your browser’s speech provider; spoken replies use your device’s speech service. You can type instead and keep spoken replies off.

Your choices

Edit your profile, switch gallery visibility, delete items and posts, or export your collection records from the app. Other members may have copied content you previously shared. Contact support from your registered email to request full account deletion. Billing and security records may be retained where required. The export includes item metadata, not a downloadable archive of photo files.

Cookies and access

Sign-in and payment providers use cookies necessary for their services. This app uses your authenticated session to protect member features. This version does not add advertising scripts or behavioral analytics to the member app.
